# Quarrystone Construction Limited — Custom Homes & Renovations in Jordan Station, ON Since 1980

Quarrystone Construction Limited has called Jordan Station home for over four decades. Founded in 1980 as a family-owned general contracting operation, the company has grown into one of the Niagara Peninsula’s recognized names for custom home building, residential renovations, and commercial construction — all delivered with the hands-on accountability that defines a family business where leadership has skin in every project.

## Services

- **Custom Home Building** — From lot to lock-up, Quarrystone manages the full custom home construction process. Working with homeowners and their architects, the company has delivered custom residences across Lincoln, Grimsby, and the Niagara Escarpment communities.
- **Residential Renovations** — Kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, basement finishing, and whole-home remodels. Quarrystone’s renovation work reflects the same attention to detail as their new-build projects.
- **Commercial Construction** — Office fit-outs, light industrial, and institutional construction for clients across the Niagara Region. The company is experienced in managing commercial projects from design stage through occupancy.
- **Project Management** — For clients coordinating multi-trade renovations or new construction, Quarrystone’s GC experience includes trade coordination, material procurement, and schedule management.

## Service Area

Headquartered at 3134 19th Street, Jordan Station, the company serves Lincoln, Grimsby, Beamsville, Vineland, St. Catharines, and surrounding Niagara Region municipalities.

## Why It’s on home.renovation.reviews

Forty-plus years of continuous operation in the same market is a meaningful signal for homeowners comparing contractors. Quarrystone Construction’s longevity — founded the same year as many of the homes they now renovate — reflects a depth of experience that short-tenure competitors simply haven’t had time to accumulate. The combination of residential and commercial capability also makes them a natural choice when projects cross that boundary.
