# Pullen Construction — General Contractor, Custom Homes & Renovations in Grand Valley, Dufferin County, ON

Pullen Construction is a Grand-Valley-based general contractor covering residential, commercial, custom-home and renovation work across Dufferin County and the Dufferin ↔ Wellington border. The firm operates out of RR #1 Grand Valley (L0N 1G0) under Trevor Pullen and George Pullen, and is listed on the Dufferin Trades directory as an active local GC.

## Services

- New-build custom homes on rural Dufferin and Wellington lots
- Whole-home renovations and heritage-style updates for older farm-property stock
- Commercial general contracting for small- to mid-sized Dufferin commercial fit-outs
- Additions, second-storey pops and garage / shop conversions
- Sub-trade coordination for plumbing, HVAC, electrical and excavation

## Service area

Grand Valley, East Luther, Amaranth, Orangeville, Shelburne, Mulmur, Mono and surrounding Dufferin County communities; jobs across the county line into Wellington County as far as Fergus / Arthur are common.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Two-principal family-run GCs who handle both residential and small-commercial work are hard to find in rural Ontario. Our readers have flagged Pullen Construction specifically for projects that sit between pure residential renovation and a small commercial fit-out — a farm-store addition, a storefront rebuild in a village main-street building, a heritage-home conversion — where a strict residential-only GC would decline to bid.
