# Peregrine Design/Build — Custom Home Design & Renovations in South Burlington, VT

Peregrine Design/Build works out of South Burlington, Vermont with a focus on homes where design matters as much as construction. Their approach pairs modern architecture with natural materials — cedar shingles, mullion windows, arched details, layered patios. A lakefront home project they completed drew client praise specifically for how the architectural choices responded to the site itself rather than following a generic template. They hold a five-star rating and are positioned at the thoughtful end of the Vermont renovation market.

## Services

- Custom home design and architectural renovation
- Lakefront and waterfront property projects
- Exterior design including cedar shingle work, patios, and carriage-house garage features
- Full design-build project management

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Peregrine brings genuine design thinking to Vermont renovation work. When a client’s feedback specifically calls out architectural details and how materials respond to a site, that’s worth capturing in a directory that’s trying to go deeper than star ratings.
