# Penner-Vankoughnet General Contractors — Kitchen, Bath & Home Renovations in Greater Napanee, ON

Penner-Vankoughnet General Contractors works out of 676 Drive In Road in Greater Napanee (K7R 3L1). The firm is a small, owner-operator-scale GC serving Lennox & Addington homeowners with kitchen and bath renovations and general home-improvement work. Public information on the business is thin — a single local phone line (613-354-7602), a directory listing, and one positive customer review — so we’re treating this profile as a lightweight anchor and keeping the service write-up at the level the public record supports.

## Services

- **Kitchen renovations** — tear-out and remodel, cabinet and countertop replacement, lighting and finish rework.
- **Bathroom renovations** — fixture replacement, vanity swap, tile and finish updates.
- **General home improvement** — interior carpentry, trim, patch repairs, small additions.
- **Owner-operator project management** — direct-from-the-principal communication, typical of a Lennox & Addington small-town GC.

## Service Area

Greater Napanee, Napanee, Deseronto, Bath, Amherstview, Odessa, Newburgh and the surrounding Lennox & Addington County townships.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Small-town Ontario has a tier of contractors that never build a web footprint — no website, no Facebook page — and whose reputation lives entirely in word of mouth. The directory needs anchors for those too, for homeowners searching by name after a neighbour referral. Penner-Vankoughnet is one of those entries: Napanee address, Napanee phone, and a public record thin enough that this listing should read as a locator pointer, not a marketing brochure.
