# NR Renovations — Full-Service Home Renovations & Additions in Mitchell, ON Since 1992 NR Renovations has been serving Perth County homeowners since 1992 — over 33 years of residential renovation experience built from their base at 152 Georgina Street in Mitchell, Ontario. Founded by President Richart Brink and a proud member of the Stratford and Area Builders Association (SABA), NR Renovations delivers full-service residential remodelling from initial design through final inspection. Unlike contractors who focus on a single trade, NR Renovations handles the full breadth of a home renovation in-house: custom additions that blend with existing structures, kitchen reconfigurations, fiberglass roofing, Gentek windows, and vinyl siding. Perth County clients benefit from working with a contractor who can coordinate both the structural framing and the finished surface — reducing the risk of scope gaps and scheduling conflicts that come with managing multiple separate trades. SABA membership reflects a commitment to industry standards and peer accountability that gives homeowners additional confidence when planning major renovation investments. ## Services - **Home Additions** — Custom additions designed to complement existing architecture and maximize usable living space without disrupting the home’s character. - **Kitchen Renovations** — Layout changes, new cabinetry, countertop installation, and appliance integration. - **Roofing** — Fiberglass laminated asphalt shingle installation backed by Limited Lifetime Warranties for long-term protection. - **Windows & Doors** — Custom Gentek windows with over 30 years of manufacturer expertise, plus entry and interior door installation. - **Vinyl Siding** — Exterior cladding solutions for improved durability, curb appeal, and energy performance. ## Service Area Mitchell, Stratford, and throughout Perth County. NR Renovations has been a fixture of the Perth County renovation community for over three decades, with a deep understanding of local building stock and permit requirements. ## Why It’s on home.renovation.reviews NR Renovations earns its place in this directory as one of Perth County’s most established full-service renovation contractors.
