# Norton Custom Homes Inc — Custom Homes & Additions in Bellevue, NE (45+ Years, Top 22% NE)

Norton Custom Homes has worked the Omaha–Bellevue corridor for over 45 years. Family-owned and locally operated out of 3307 Chandler Rd W in Bellevue, their BuildZoom score of 95 puts them in the top 22% of licensed contractors in Nebraska. They cover room additions, custom kitchens, finished basements, screened porches, decks, and roofing and siding replacements, with free estimates on every job.

What four-plus decades in one metro builds is an understanding of which suppliers are reliable, which subcontractors follow through, and which neighborhoods come with quirks in soil or drainage that a less local contractor would miss. Norton brings that context to every project.

## Services

- Room additions and custom kitchens — full structural and finish work, from layout planning to trim installation, for homeowners who want to expand without the disruption of moving
- Basement finishing — rough framing through final trim, including egress windows and mechanical coordination; they work with whatever rough-in condition the original builder left
- Exterior work — roofing, siding, decks, and screened porches across Bellevue and the greater Omaha metro; storm-damaged or age-worn exteriors make up a significant share of their workload

## Service area

Bellevue, Omaha, and Council Bluffs. Select projects in surrounding Sarpy County communities.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Over four decades in the same metro produces a different kind of accountability than a regional franchise. Norton Custom Homes is one of the few independent multi-trade contractors in the Omaha–Bellevue market that has stayed family-run the whole time and kept its license in good standing.
