# Northern Cardinal Construction Inc — Tarion-Certified Renovations & Custom Builds in Odessa / Kingston, ON

Northern Cardinal Construction is a fully licensed and insured residential contractor based at 2 John Street in Odessa, serving Kingston and the surrounding Loyalist / Lennox & Addington townships. The firm is **Tarion-certified** — unusual for a contractor working on a wide mix of new builds, full-gut renovations, and century-home restorations — and that warranty registration is the main reason it earned an anchor slot in the Odessa / Kingston corridor of the directory.

## Services

- **Full-house gut & renovation** — including century homes that need structural, mechanical, and finish work brought back into modern spec without losing character.
- **Custom residential construction** — new builds under Tarion’s home-warranty program.
- **Room-scale remodels** — kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, garages, and laundry rooms; decks and exterior work on the same crews.

## Service Area

Odessa (where the office sits), Bath, Amherstview, Greater Napanee, Kingston, and the country lots between — essentially the full Loyalist Township and western Kingston commuter shed along Highway 33 and the 401.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Tarion registration on a contractor that also handles century-home gut work is a rare pairing in Eastern Ontario. That combination — new-build accountability with old-home competence — is what this anchor slot is documenting.
