# New Life Contracting Inc — GAF Master Elite roofing and siding in Saint Paul, MN (est. 1993)

New Life Contracting has been family-owned since 1993, serving Minnesota and Wisconsin homeowners with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Based at 1898 Livingston Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55118; phone (651) 224-3442, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Two credentials stand out here. As factory-certified GAF-ELK Master Elite contractors, they qualify among the top 2% of roofing contractors nationally — GAF only grants Master Elite status to contractors who meet ongoing training, warranty, and insurance requirements. Their BuildZoom score of 108 places them in the top 5% of 77,973 licensed contractors in Minnesota.

## Services

Full exterior envelope work: residential and commercial roofing, siding installation and replacement, window installation and repair, and gutters. Storm damage is a significant part of the caseload — insurance-related jobs, hail damage assessments, and emergency response. Service area covers MN and WI.

## Service area

Saint Paul is the home base. They work throughout the Twin Cities metro and into western Wisconsin.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

GAF Master Elite certification clears a bar that fewer than 3% of roofing contractors in North America reach. Combined with 30-plus years of family ownership and a top-5% MN BuildZoom score, New Life Contracting belongs in this directory.
