# New Heights Building Group Inc — Agricultural, Commercial & Residential Construction in Hanover, ON

New Heights Building Group Inc is a Grey County construction firm headquartered at **401284 Grey Road 4, Hanover, ON N4N 3N8** , founded in 2002 and operating across Midwestern and Southern Ontario. The shop runs a deliberately broad mandate — **agricultural + commercial + residential** — with a small-team scale (6–10 employees) that keeps direct owner/PM involvement on every project. That triple-scope mandate is rare in this directory: most Grey-Bruce listings are either residential GCs or envelope specialists, and most agricultural-capable firms don’t also take on full home renovations.

## Services

- Residential construction — custom homes, additions, and full renovations
- Agricultural construction — barns, equipment sheds, and working farm facilities
- Commercial construction — small-to-mid-scale commercial builds and fit-outs
- General contracting — full coordination from permits through finish trades
- Project management — owner-present supervision across all three scopes

## Service Area

Hanover HQ serving Midwestern and Southern Ontario — Grey, Bruce, Wellington, Waterloo, and Huron counties, extending into the broader farm-belt service radius. Telephone **(519) 364-7878**.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

New Heights opens this directory’s **first explicit agricultural-adjacent construction** anchor. Rural Ontario homeowners often need a builder who’s comfortable moving between a farmhouse renovation, a barn conversion, and a shop addition without shopping the job to three separate crews. A founding date of **2002** puts the firm in its third decade of continuous operation — a meaningful trust signal for anyone financing a cross-scope project against a multi-year pro forma.
