His children Lindsey and Michael now run day-to-day operations, both having worked on-site with their father since they were old enough to swing a hammer. The office is at 3901 Warren Way in Reno. Phone: (775) 827-4423. ## Services Custom home construction in the Reno and Lake Tahoe area, whole-home and room remodels, residential additions, and rough and finish carpentry. The firm operates as a licensed GC and keeps its project load small enough for direct owner involvement on every job. ## Service area Reno and Lake Tahoe, NV, and surrounding areas. Primarily residential custom and remodel work. ## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews 40 years of continuous operation, a BBB A+ rating, and an exemplary record with the Nevada State Contractors Board is a hard combination to fake. The generational handoff to Lindsey and Michael also signals that repeat clients and local reputation were strong enough to make the business worth passing on. ## More from home.renovation.reviews - See also: [Tuttle Built Inc. — residential & commercial GC in Reno, NV](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/tuttle-built-inc/8161) - See also: [APS Construction, Inc. — multi-trade GC in Sparks, NV](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/aps-construction-inc/8168) - Renovation guide: [blog.lfbuilders.ca](https://blog.lfbuilders.ca) — project planning and budgeting tips - Main site: [lfbuilders.ca](https://lfbuilders.ca) — Toronto-area renovation specialists, 50+ years - Charity: [Samm Simon’s 251km run for cancer research](https://sammsimon.ca) — supported by LF Builders * * *
