# Nate’s Custom Renovations, Inc. — Luxury Kitchen, Bath and Basement Finishing in Lincoln, NE (4.9 Stars, 15 Years)

Nate’s Custom Renovations has been doing interior remodeling in Lincoln for 15 years, out of a small office at 4001 S. 8th Street Suite 111. The company takes one project at a time — not a marketing phrase but an actual operating decision. Whoever is running the job is there every day. They carry a 4.9-star rating on Houzz and specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, room additions, and custom tile and stone work.

The one-project model affects timelines. Clients typically book out further than they would with a company juggling multiple jobs. The trade-off is consistent oversight: no handoffs mid-project, no crew rotations, and a predictable point of contact from demolition to punch list.

## Services

- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling — design consultation, 3D rendering, custom cabinets and countertops, and full project management from permit to final inspection
- Basement finishing — rough framing and egress work through flooring, lighting, and trim; they handle mechanical coordination when needed
- Custom tile and stone — including custom showers with niche and bench work, heated floor systems, and decorative inlays for kitchens and entryways

## Service area

Lincoln, NE and surrounding communities. The one-project model keeps the service radius tight, but they travel for the right job.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Most remodeling companies run three to five jobs at once and split their crew accordingly. Nate’s built a business around the opposite model. For clients who want the owner on-site through the whole project, that structure is genuinely uncommon.
