# Moose Construction — Fence & Deck Specialty Trade in Innisfil Beach, ON (20+ Years Carpentry)

Moose Construction is run by Jason Simoes out of Westminster Street in Innisfil Beach. Jason has more than 20 years of carpentry experience across the trade, and the business is tightly focused on two outdoor-living categories — custom fences and custom decks — rather than broad renovation work. Fully licensed and insured.

## Services

- Custom wood privacy fences sized for suburban lots
- Pool-code and PVC/composite fencing with on-site measurement
- Cedar and pressure-treated multi-level decks
- Ground-level deck builds, stairs, railings, and step refurbishment
- Integrated deck-plus-fence package quoting for new backyards

## Service Area

Innisfil Beach, Innisfil proper, Alcona, and the broader Simcoe County area.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Outdoor-living specialty trades — the shops that only build fences and decks — tend to out-quote GCs on scope because their crews have done the same three things hundreds of times. Moose is the second Ontario fence-and-deck specialty anchor in the directory after Chase Contracting Deck & Fence in Georgina’s Willow Beach, and the first in Simcoe County.
