# MJ Renovation — Kitchen, Bath & Siding in Orlando, FL (Est. 2019, Minority-Owned)

MJ Renovation has been taking on kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and siding work in Orlando since 2019. The company started from a real estate background — the founder spent two years renovating and selling houses before formalizing the business — which means the work is grounded in what actually holds up through a resale inspection, not just what looks good on the day of completion. Marlon joined the team in 2019 and the company has since expanded into multi-family and light commercial rehabilitation.

## Services

- Kitchen remodeling: full gut-outs to cosmetic refreshes, including cabinet work and kitchen design
- Bathroom renovation: tub-to-shower conversions, tile, fixtures, and layout changes
- Siding contracting: residential and multi-family exterior cladding

## Service Area

Based at 511 S Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32801. Serves the greater Orlando area including residential, multi-family, and commercial clients.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews
