# MJ Homes & Renovations — Custom Home Builder, Renovator & Steel Roofing Specialist in Clifford, Wellington County, Ontario

MJ Homes & Renovations is a Clifford-based shop at 5364 Hwy. 9, Clifford, ON N0G 1M0 (Township of Minto, Wellington County) that takes residential projects “from start to finish” — new builds, custom additions, full renovations and steel-roof installation. The team has more than ten years of dedicated steel-roof experience, an unusual specialty for a small-town GC and a useful match for the agricultural and country-property scopes common in north Wellington.

## Services

- **New custom home builds** — full design-to-handover construction
- **Whole-home renovations** — interior reconfiguration, kitchens, bathrooms, additions
- **Steel roof installation** — over a decade of dedicated steel-roof specialty work
- **Steel roof restoration** — replacement panels, fastener replacement, leak repair
- **Custom projects** — outbuildings, garages, agricultural and country-property work
- **Exterior remodelling** — siding, soffit, trim and full envelope refreshes

## Service Area

Clifford, Mount Forest, Harriston, Palmerston, Listowel, Drayton, Arthur, Mildmay, Walkerton, Hanover, Kincardine and the surrounding Township of Minto, Wellington County and southern Bruce / Grey corridor.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

This is the **directory’s first Clifford / Township of Minto / Wellington County anchor** and the **first dedicated steel-roof installation specialist** in the directory. The combination matters: small-town builders that pair full-scope renovation with a real roofing specialty are rare in Wellington and northern Bruce/Grey, and they’re exactly who country-property owners need when a 30-year asphalt roof finally gives out and the homeowner wants to step up to steel. We’ve corrected the topic tag from `bruce-mines` (mis-import) to `clifford` to reflect Wellington County. Reader reviews on steel-roof install quality, fastener pattern, and post-install leak performance would be the most useful new context.
