# Mètre Rénovation inc — Client-First Residential & Commercial Renovations in Sherbrooke, QC

Mètre Rénovation inc approaches renovation work with a straightforward but often-difficult-to-deliver philosophy: listen first, build second. Based in Sherbrooke and serving both residential and commercial clients, the company has earned a 5-star rating by ensuring that each project reflects the homeowner’s or business owner’s actual vision rather than a contractor-convenient interpretation of it. The name itself — Mètre, a unit of measure — signals the precision-oriented mindset the team brings to planning and execution. Whether the mandate is a focused residential interior refresh or a commercial space transformation, Mètre Rénovation’s reputation is built on tailored outcomes, not cookie-cutter execution.

## Services

- **Residential renovations** — full-scope interior projects covering kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, flooring, and multi-room updates for single-family homes and multi-unit properties
- **Commercial renovations** — business space transformations including office renovations, retail fit-outs, and hospitality-sector build-outs delivered with minimal disruption to ongoing operations
- **Custom project scopes** — the company’s client-first intake process means they’re structured to take on non-standard requests and scope combinations that fall outside the typical GC menu
- **Planning consultation** — upfront design and scope consultations that ensure budget alignment, realistic timelines, and a shared project vision before construction begins

## Service Area

Sherbrooke and surrounding Estrie municipalities. Mètre Rénovation’s residential and commercial dual capability means they serve both the urban Sherbrooke core and surrounding communities in the Eastern Townships.

## Why It’s on home.renovation.reviews

The consistent client feedback for Mètre Rénovation centres on one thing: they deliver what they promised. In a renovation market where scope creep, communication gaps, and disappointing finishes are common complaints, a contractor that earns 5-star reviews specifically for listening and follow-through is worth tracking.
