# MCG Contracting — Landscape, Renovation & Custom Design in Newmarket, York Region

MCG Contracting is a family-run contracting firm based at 460 Harry Walker Parkway in Newmarket, Ontario, with 15+ years running projects across the landscape-and-renovation spectrum for York Region homeowners. The shop pairs landscape, hardscape, and exterior build-out with interior renovation work under a single crew — an uncommon combination in the Newmarket / Aurora / East Gwillimbury corridor, which tends toward either interior-only reno GCs or pure landscape contractors.

## Services

- Landscape and hardscape design — patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls
- Deck builds and outdoor-living installs
- Yard renovation and mudroom / rear-entry additions
- Interior renovation work — kitchens, bathrooms, and general updates

## Service Area

- Newmarket (home base)
- Aurora, East Gwillimbury, King City — core York Region north
- Richmond Hill and the broader York Region GTA-north corridor

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

The combined landscape + renovation scope is why MCG earns a directory slot distinct from the pure-GC listings in our York Region cluster. Homeowners planning a project that spans a rear patio + mudroom addition + interior reno often lose weeks stitching separate trades together — a single-shop option changes the sequencing.
