# Maximilian Huxley Construction Ltd — Custom Home Renovation in Victoria, BC

Maximilian Huxley Construction Ltd. brings a client-centric approach to home renovation in Victoria, BC, where every project is shaped by the homeowner’s own vision rather than a pre-set template. The company holds a 4.5-star rating from 15 reviews and operates across the Capital Regional District, with a portfolio spanning complete home makeovers and more targeted scope upgrades.

## Services

- **Complete Home Makeovers** — Whole-house transformation projects where Maximilian Huxley coordinates all trades, finishes, and sequencing. The company’s portfolio reflects a range of styles, from heritage-influenced interiors to modern open-plan layouts.
- **Targeted Renovations** — For homeowners seeking subtle enhancements — a kitchen refresh, a bath upgrade, or improved storage — the team scales its approach to fit the scope without overselling a full gut-reno.
- **Design Alignment** — The process centres on translating the homeowner’s aesthetic priorities into buildable plans, with decisions made collaboratively rather than unilaterally by the contractor.

## Service Area

Victoria, BC and surrounding communities on the Saanich Peninsula and Capital Regional District.
