# M.D. Renovations — Home Renovations, Roofing & Seasonal Services in Porcupine (Timmins), ON

M.D. Renovations is a small-shop general contractor working out of Porcupine — a community in the City of Timmins, Ontario’s Cochrane District. The firm pairs interior and exterior renovation scopes with roofing and seasonal property services, giving Timmins-area homeowners a single point of contact for year-round trades. Owner Micheal Dredhart runs the business and has begun extending the service footprint to cottage and lakefront properties across the region.

## Services

- Interior renovations — bathrooms, basements, flooring, finishing
- Exterior renovations — siding, trim, and related envelope work
- Roofing — new shingle roofs, tin roofing, full re-sheeting, and leak repair
- Cottage and lakefront property renovation (newly expanded scope)
- Seasonal property services — snow removal and tree care on maintained accounts

## Service Area

Porcupine, South Porcupine, Timmins proper, and surrounding Cochrane District communities — with a growing cottage-country catchment on nearby lakes.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

The reno-plus-roofing combination is a practical fit for Northeastern Ontario: the same crew that handles an interior refit can return in summer to address shingle replacement or tin-roof work that the harsh winters tend to accelerate. Homeowners planning a multi-phase project benefit from working with one firm across both the inside and the roofline. M.D. Renovations’ expansion into lakefront scopes is also worth noting — cottage renovation demand in the Timmins area has been rising as remote work reshapes where homeowners spend time.
