# LMZ Contracting — Owner-Operator General Contractor in Aylmer, Elgin County, ON

LMZ Contracting is a small owner-operator general contracting outfit run by Lennard Zacharias out of 40 Farmington Avenue in Aylmer, Ontario (N5H 3E4). The firm sits at the working-trades end of the Aylmer renovation scene — direct-to-owner, no middle-management layer, the kind of shop where the person quoting the job is the same person swinging the hammer. Public footprint is intentionally light, with a Yellow Pages listing and a LinkedIn profile under Lennard Zacharias as the primary verifiable surfaces.

## Services

- General contracting on residential remodels and repairs
- Carpentry, framing, and small-scope structural work
- Renovation coordination for Aylmer-area homeowners working without an architect

## Service Area

Aylmer (Elgin County) and the surrounding Town of Aylmer / Township of Malahide / Township of Bayham corridor along Highway 3.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

LMZ Contracting is the directory’s first listing in Aylmer proper, and it sits alongside the JFK Home Improvements (37+ year roofing/door manufacturer), Guenther Homes (Tarion-licensed new-home builder), and Hiemstra’s Woodworking (cabinet shop since 1967) entries to seed an honest cross-section of the Aylmer trades. We’ve kept this profile lean on purpose — there is no aggregator-side review history to summarize and no fake-rating boilerplate worth keeping. If you’ve worked with Lennard, please leave an honest review in this thread to help future Aylmer homeowners make a more informed call.
