# Living Home Construction — Custom Renovation & Luxury Building in Salt Lake City, UT (Est. 2007)

Living Home Construction was founded in 2007 by Chris Towson with a focus on building livable, custom spaces rather than production-line renovation work. Based at 2019 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84115, the firm is fully licensed and insured and has spent nearly two decades building a portfolio of hundreds of completed projects across the Salt Lake and Park City communities. They are a member of the Salt Lake Home Builders Association.

## Services

- Custom renovation and full home remodels, with particular experience on high-end residential projects along Utah’s Wasatch Front
- Kitchen remodels and home additions for Salt Lake City properties
- Luxury construction and renovation in the Park City area, where the firm has built a track record on high-specification projects

## Service area

Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Front corridor, plus the greater Park City area.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Living Home Construction holds a 4.7-star client rating and belongs to the Salt Lake HBA, which provides a layer of professional accountability beyond review platforms. Their 17+ years of sustained operation in a market where many contractors cycle in and out suggests a client base that returns and refers. The Park City specialty is worth noting for homeowners in that market — luxury mountain-area renovation carries distinct logistical and materials requirements compared to standard SLC work.
