# Lisenby Construction, Inc. — General Contractor & Home Renovation in Montgomery, AL

Lisenby Construction has built a steady reputation in Montgomery’s River Region — 37 homeowners have rated them 4.7 out of 5, and that score holds across kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and larger additions alike. Their website, [lisenbyconstruction.com](https://lisenbyconstruction.com/), shows a range of residential work that goes beyond surface finishes. The team handles projects from planning through final inspection, which matters in a market where permit timelines and trade availability can stretch a simple renovation into months.

Homeowners who have worked with them note that communication during the build is better than the local average — a detail that sounds small until you have a contractor who goes silent for three weeks mid-project.

## Services

- **Kitchen remodeling** — Full layout changes, cabinet replacement, countertop installation, and appliance integration handled in-house
- **Bathroom renovation** — Wet-room conversions, tile work, fixture upgrades, and accessibility modifications
- **Room additions and structural work** — Load-bearing changes, sunroom additions, and second-storey extensions for Montgomery-area homes
- **General contracting** — Trade coordination, permitting, and project management for mixed-scope residential builds

## Service Area

Lisenby Construction serves Montgomery and the surrounding River Region, including Prattville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, and Pike Road.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Montgomery has a solid base of established contractors, and Lisenby earns its place there on volume and consistency. A 4.7 across 37 reviews is harder to sustain than a single standout job. The directory includes them here so Alabama homeowners can weigh that track record against local alternatives before committing to a hire.
