# LFM Construction & Remodeling — kitchen, bath & full home renovations in Austin, TX (Est. 2015)

LFM has been running since 2015 out of 2307 Thornton Rd, Ste 103 in the 78704 zip — one of the denser renovation corridors in south Austin. Their scope is broad: kitchen and bathroom remodeling, full home renovations, garage conversions, ADUs, window and door installations, carpentry, and cabinetry. Yelp shows 42 reviews and Houzz rates them at 4.9 out of 5.

## Services

- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Full home renovations and whole-home refreshes
- Garage conversions and accessory dwelling units
- Window and door installations, carpentry, cabinetry
- Laundry room additions and bedroom remodeling

## Service area

Austin, TX. The Thornton Rd location puts them central to the city, close to Bouldin Creek, Travis Heights, and Zilker — neighbourhoods where renovation demand stays high.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

LFM launched during the post-2015 construction surge in Austin, which means they have operated through both high-demand and corrective cycles. A 4.9 Houzz rating from 42 Yelp reviews is meaningful over that time span. The ADU and garage conversion scope is worth noting separately — those project types are increasingly in demand in Austin, where lot size constraints push owners toward accessory structures rather than traditional additions.
