# Levi Homes General Contractor — Kitchen, Bath & Room Additions in Houston, TX (Est. 2003)

Levi Homes has been running renovation and construction projects in the Houston area since 2003. The company is headquartered at 1001 S Dairy Ashford Rd in west Houston (77077) and operates as a design-build firm — which in practice means the same team that draws up the plans is the one building it. Their craftsmen are trained in-house to the company’s own standards rather than pulled from a rotating pool of subs.

The company’s approach is worth understanding before you call: they position themselves explicitly as helping clients invest their money rather than spend it. That phrase sounds like marketing, but the business model behind it is real — they do detailed upfront cost analysis to steer projects away from low-value scope and toward changes that actually affect livability and resale.

## Services

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling cover the bulk of their work. Room additions and garage conversions are also a core offering, along with more specialized scope like attic renovations. The company handles electrical and plumbing in-house as part of renovations, along with flooring, roofing, and full home additions.

## Service area

Levi Homes serves the greater Houston area, with a focus on west Houston, Bellaire, and the Energy Corridor.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Twenty-plus years in business and a 5-star Houzz rating are the obvious credentials. The in-house training model is less common and worth calling out — it tends to produce more consistent results than firms that assemble crews project by project.
