# Leo Lantz Construction — Kitchen Cabinets & Bathroom Remodeling in Richmond, VA

Kitchen remodeling takes a lot of trust. Leo Lantz Construction has been earning it in the Richmond area since 1989 — over 35 years of kitchen and bathroom renovations backed by NARI accreditation and a 2018 NAHB National Remodeler of the Year award. That last one is peer-nominated, not a paid placement, which makes it worth noting.

They’re an authorized Wellborn Cabinet dealer. Wellborn builds all its cabinetry in Ashland, Alabama with American materials, which means consistent quality control from the factory floor through installation. The door styles and wood species cover a wide range — painted shaker to natural cherry — at price points that don’t require a second mortgage.

Before any saws run, the team walks clients through a 3D CAD model of the finished space. It’s a straightforward way to catch design problems early and avoid expensive change orders mid-project.
