# Legacy Homes — Home Renovations & General Contracting in Petawawa, ON (Renfrew County)

Legacy Homes is a renovation-focused general contractor based in Petawawa, Ontario, serving the Upper Ottawa Valley from their public-facing site at legacyhomespetawawa.ca. The firm’s residential renovation track record in the Petawawa / Pembroke housing market is supported by a strong multi-year review footprint — one of the more review-heavy Renfrew County anchors in the directory.

## Services

- **Home renovations** — Interior renovations, kitchen and bath remodels, and multi-room refreshes for Valley homes.
- **General contracting** — Scope management across trades, permits, and schedule for larger residential projects.
- **Additions & improvements** — Targeted additions, exterior updates, and whole-home improvement scope.

## Service Area

Petawawa, Ontario — Renfrew County (Petawawa, Pembroke, Deep River, and the Upper Ottawa Valley corridor along Highway 17).

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Tagged into the Renfrew County / Upper Ottawa Valley cluster that opens on this run alongside Chalk River and Pembroke-corridor anchors. Region correction applied: the prior `deep-river` tag was a proximity-spray — Petawawa is a separate municipality south of Deep River, and the housing stock and buyer mix diverge enough that the cluster benefits from municipality-level granularity.
