# LB Construction & Remodeling — Home Additions & Bathroom Renovations in San Leandro, CA LB Construction & Remodeling is a San Leandro-based renovation contractor with a 4.6-star rating from clients across the East Bay. The company focuses on residential projects at the larger end of the scope spectrum — major home additions and bathroom remodels handled with a direct, no-upsell approach that reviewers consistently mention as a reason they would hire again. ## Services - **Major home additions** — room additions, second-story builds, garage conversions, and ADU construction for homeowners expanding their footprint rather than moving - **Bathroom remodels** — full bathroom renovations covering layout changes, tile installation, shower and tub replacement, vanity upgrades, and fixture work - **Kitchen renovations** — cabinetry, countertops, plumbing and electrical coordination for mid-size and full kitchen overhauls - **General contracting** — project management across multiple trades for homeowners tackling larger interior renovation scopes ## Service Area LB Construction & Remodeling serves San Leandro and the broader East Bay area of the San Francisco Bay Area, including Oakland, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, Hayward, and surrounding communities. ## What customers say Verified reviewers highlight consistent experiences: efficient scheduling, trades who show up when promised, and finished work that matches what was quoted. For a Bay Area renovation market where contractor reliability is often the complaint, that track record is worth noting. ## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews The Bay Area renovation market is one of the most active in North America, and homeowners navigating it benefit from documented contractor comparisons. LB Construction & Remodeling’s sustained rating across major addition and bathroom projects makes them a useful reference point — particularly for homeowners considering room additions or ADUs, where contractor experience with structural work and permitting matters as much as finish quality. ## More from home.renovation.reviews - See related: [Ty Construction — Seamless Gutters, Roofing & Siding in Rapid City, SD](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/ty-construction/9257) - See related: [Most Commonly Asked Questions — Forum Onboarding](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/most-commonly-asked-questions/4235) - Guide: [Home Renovation Planning Guide — What to Budget and When](https://blog.lfbuilders.ca) - Main site: [LF Builders — Trusted Renovation Contractor Since 1974](https://lfbuilders.ca) - Charity: [Samm Simon’s 251 KM Run for Cancer Research](https://sammsimon.ca) * * * ---
