# Lake Shore Homes LLC — Custom Home Builder in Morgantown, WV Since 2012 Lake Shore Homes LLC has been building custom homes in Morgantown since 2012. They carry a 5-star rating from 13 clients — a smaller review set but a very consistent one. The company’s approach centers on transparency from the first conversation: comprehensive estimates that include site work and utility connections, not just framing and finishes. That kind of upfront accounting prevents the cost surprises that derail most custom builds mid-construction. They also work with clients on floor plan adjustments. Homeowners who arrive with a plan they mostly like but want modified don’t have to start over. Lake Shore adapts the design, which typically saves time and budget. ## Services - Custom home design and construction in Morgantown and Monongalia County - Floor plan modifications tailored to client preferences and site conditions - Comprehensive pre-build estimates covering site work, utilities, and full construction scope ## Service area Morgantown and surrounding areas in West Virginia.
