# KYMP Construction and Design — Home Renovations in Cambridge, ON (4.8 Stars)

KYMP Construction and Design is a Cambridge, Ontario renovation contractor run by Kevin Kelly. The company handles a wide scope of residential work across the Waterloo Region: basement finishing, bathroom renovations, custom decks and fences, drywall, and general renovation projects from targeted upgrades through to larger multi-room work. Based in downtown Cambridge (N1R 2L5), KYMP has a 4.8-star rating with a track record for attentive project management and consistent follow-through on residential contracts. Phone: 226-228-0225.

Cambridge sits between Kitchener-Waterloo and Hamilton, giving homeowners access to a competitive renovation market. KYMP differentiates through owner-on-site involvement. Kevin Kelly brings direct oversight rather than operating primarily as a broker for subcontracted labour, which produces tighter results on finish work where sequencing matters.

- Basement Finishing: framing, insulation, drywall, electrical rough-in coordination, flooring, and finish carpentry for basement development and renovation projects in Cambridge homes.
- Bathroom Renovations: tile installation, fixture and vanity upgrades, shower and tub enclosures, plumbing and drywall, managed as a complete scope rather than piecemeal trade coordination.
- Custom Decks and Fences: design and construction of pressure-treated and composite decks, privacy fences, and custom outdoor structures for Cambridge-area residential properties.
- Drywall: taping, mudding, and finishing for renovation projects of all scopes, including patch and repair work in occupied homes.
- General Contracting: broader residential renovation coordination for projects requiring multiple trades and organized sequencing.
