# Kustom Contracting Inc — Design-Build, Custom Millwork & Interior Design in Orillia, ON

Kustom Contracting Inc. is a design-build renovation firm headquartered at 3 Progress Drive, Unit 11 in Orillia, Ontario. Founded in 2012, the company works turnkey on residential remodels, new-builds, and commercial fit-outs, and in 2019 expanded to include Se7en Interiors Inc. — an in-house interior-design studio that lets clients run design, build and furnishing under one project manager. Their portfolio spans GTA restaurants (The Filly & Co., Co Unity Kitchen in Aurora) as well as family homes in Orillia, Gravenhurst and the Muskoka corridor.

## Services

- **Major residential renovations** — whole-home remodels, additions, kitchen and bath, finished basements.
- **New construction** — custom homes and cottages.
- **Custom millwork** — built-ins, cabinetry, vanities, wall units and finish carpentry produced and installed in-house.
- **Interior design** (via Se7en Interiors) — space planning, finish selection, furnishing and styling bundled into the design-build contract.
- **Commercial fit-outs** — restaurant and retail builds in the GTA.

## Service Area

Orillia, Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Barrie, Innisfil, Aurora, Newmarket and the broader Muskoka / north-Simcoe / north-GTA corridor.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

The directory carries a deep Collingwood bench (Georgian Triangle custom-home specialists) but until now had nothing native to Orillia or the Lake Couchiching / Gravenhurst axis. Kustom Contracting anchors that Simcoe / Muskoka gap with an unusual combination — a general contractor running its own millwork shop and its own interior-design studio — and a visible GTA commercial track record to back the design-build pitch.
