Refacing is the way to give your cabinets an awesome new face without breaking up with them. You save the frame, add brand new doors.

Reinstallation, on the contrary, gives you the power to change your entire kitchen. You can redesign it if it doesn’t suit you anymore or replace damaged pieces of furniture. It is expensive, but it guarantees results.

I’ve opted for refacing a year ago since my layout worked fine and I have saved thousands of dollars. No mess from reconstruction and no water damage as well. However, my neighbors were under the impression that I’ve done complete installation because everything looked totally new.

If your drawers protest each time when you open them, then it’s time to do replacement.

Refacing is a cost-effective way to refresh cabinets, while full replacement offers complete redesign but requires higher cost and disruption.
