For the first time in years, it’s happening in Greenwich Village, at a cool six-story townhouse on 20 West 12th Street. Expect high ceilings, fireplaces, a garden, and even an old-school elevator. **Design Stars Show Off** This year, 21 top designers and studios are involved, with names like Alexa Hampton and Jamie Drake. They’re each putting their spin on a part of the house, showing off styles from classic British to modern looks. **Doing Good Through Design** Started in 1973, this event supports the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. It raises money for after-school programs for NYC kids. Over the past 50 years, the Show House has brought in over $30 million, so it’s both stylish and helpful. **When and How to Visit** - **Opens:** September 30, 2025 - **Runs:** Possibly until October 29 - **Tickets:** About $50 **Wrapping Up** The 50th-anniversary show in Greenwich Village mixes old memories with new ideas. It’s more than just pretty rooms; it’s about design, good work, and helping the community. ---
