# KIAM Painting and Home Improvement — interior & exterior painting in Edison, NJ

Kris and Maria run KIAM Painting and Home Improvement, a fully licensed and insured painting outfit serving central New Jersey from their Edison base. Customers regularly mention they finish ahead of schedule, show up when they say they will, and clean the site before leaving — details that are harder to find than they should be in the painting trade.

## Services

Interior painting is their main work: rooms, ceilings, trim, and cabinets. They handle exterior painting and fence staining too, and offer cabinet refinishing for homeowners who want an updated look without a full kitchen replacement. General home improvement work is also available.

## Service area

Edison, Piscataway, and the broader central New Jersey region.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

The consistent themes in KIAM’s reviews are honest pricing and reliable communication. A painting contractor who keeps to the quoted price and actually returns calls is worth listing. They’re also a practical first call for scope that falls between a full renovation and a simple DIY touch-up.
