# KANOX Construction Inc — Custom Home Renovation Experts in Vancouver, BC

KANOX Construction Inc has a five-star reputation across Metro Vancouver and focuses on the renovation work that demands more precision: full-home overhauls, basement development, and structural additions. Homeowners who’ve used them point to clear communication and projects that land on scope and budget as the consistent themes in their feedback.

Custom additions and secondary suites are where KANOX earns particular respect in the Vancouver market. These are projects with more moving parts — engineering coordination, zoning compliance, and multi-trade management — and homeowners here need a contractor who has run that process before and knows where it goes wrong.

## Services

- **Full home renovations** — whole-property transformations coordinated from demolition through final finishes
- **Kitchen and bathroom remodels** — high-impact spaces rebuilt to match modern design preferences and practical needs
- **Basement development** — finishing, waterproofing, and layout work that converts underused lower levels into usable living space
- **Custom additions** — structural extensions and suite additions that expand a home’s footprint within City of Vancouver zoning parameters

## Service area

Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, and wider Metro Vancouver municipalities.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

KANOX’s five-star profile and custom-build orientation make it a natural addition to the Vancouver section of the directory, giving homeowners a reliable reference for larger and more complex renovation scopes in the city.
