# K&B Construction — Custom Homes, Additions & Exterior Work in Virginia Beach, VA (Est. 1985)

Scott Dickey started K&B Construction in 1985, and the company has been operating out of Virginia Beach Boulevard ever since. They’re a residential-first operation with a clear specialty: custom homes, additions, and exterior work including siding, windows, doors, and roofing. Their address is 3324 Virginia Beach Blvd and their phone is (757) 498-3200. K&B is a member of both the Better Business Bureau and the Tidewater Builders Association (TBA), putting them alongside the established names in Hampton Roads construction.

## Services

- Custom home building from initial design through final walk-through
- Home additions and structural expansions
- Siding, window, and door installations
- Roofing replacements and repairs

## Service area

Virginia Beach and the wider Hampton Roads market.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

K&B Construction’s 40-year track record in Virginia Beach is unusually long for this category. Many contractors in the directory are newer businesses. For larger projects like custom builds or structural additions — where continuity, experience, and proven subcontractor relationships matter — that depth is worth factoring in.
