# Jorgenson Homes Ltd — Custom Home Builder & Renovations in Ponoka, AB

Jorgenson Homes has been a trusted name in Central Alberta residential construction since 1983, when Grant Jorgenson launched the company as Grant Jorgenson Construction. Over four decades later — rebranded as Jorgenson Homes in 2007 and now led by Grant alongside his son Mark — the company remains Ponoka’s go-to builder for custom homes, renovations, and additions, carrying a well-earned BBB A+ rating.

## Services

- **Custom Home Building** — Full design-build homes constructed with Jorgenson’s own staff of journeyman carpenters, apprentices, and qualified subtrades who have worked alongside the family team for years.
- **Home Renovations** — Kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement development, whole-home updates, and heritage property upgrades throughout Central Alberta.
- **Additions & Extensions** — Family room additions, garage builds, and multi-storey expansions planned and built to match existing structure and finish.
- **Project Management** — Jorgenson coordinates all sub-trade scheduling, permitting, and supplier relationships — clients deal with one point of contact from first design conversation to final walkthrough.

## Service Area

Jorgenson Homes serves Ponoka, Lacombe, Blackfalds, Red Deer, Rimbey, Bashaw, and the wider Central Alberta region. Their office is located at 1-6110 48 Ave, Ponoka, AB T4J 1K3. You can reach them at (403) 783-6497 or through [jorgensonhomes.ca](http://jorgensonhomes.ca/).

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Four decades of continuous operation in Central Alberta, a second generation actively managing the business, and a fully self-staffed carpentry crew set Jorgenson Homes apart from the typical brokered general contractor model. They were added to the directory as a representative example of how long-standing regional builders maintain craft quality and client relationships across generations.
