Jason Lipscomb Builders & Excavating is a Parkersburg, WV contractor covering renovation, remodeling, ground-up construction, and excavation with a 5-star rating. The combination of excavation and construction services under one roof means the company can manage projects from raw ground prep through finished renovation — a scope that reduces coordination overhead on new builds and additions. Excavation capability is a meaningful differentiator for renovation contractors working in older West Virginia communities where site access, drainage, and foundation conditions often need to be addressed before any above-grade work begins.
