J C Bosley Construction is a family-owned contractor in Parkersburg, West Virginia with more than 60 years in the industry. The company was founded by John C. Bosley Sr. and now includes his children and third-generation family members in active roles. That continuity across three generations reflects a business built on long-term relationships in the community rather than high-turnover project volume. Six decades of general contracting and quality renovation in one market means the Bosley team has worked on a substantial cross-section of Parkersburg’s housing stock. The institutional knowledge that builds up over that time — what materials hold up, which approaches work in local soil and climate conditions — is not easily replicated by a newer operation.
