# ICR General Contractors Ltd — Commercial & Residential Contractor in Saint John, NB

ICR General Contractors Ltd brings a broad scope of general contracting capability to Saint John, New Brunswick, working across both residential and commercial renovation sectors. The company has earned a 5-star client rating through consistent delivery on project scope, quality of workmanship, and professional site management — qualities that matter whether the job is a residential kitchen overhaul or a commercial interior fit-out. In the Saint John market, where the lines between residential and light commercial renovation frequently blur, ICR’s cross-sector experience gives it an edge that single-focus contractors cannot match. Property managers, business owners, and homeowners alike benefit from the company’s ability to navigate differing code requirements, inspection protocols, and trade scheduling demands across project types.

## Services

- **Commercial Renovation & Fit-Out:** Interior renovations for offices, retail spaces, and light industrial facilities across Greater Saint John — delivered with the scheduling discipline that commercial tenants and landlords demand.
- **Residential General Contracting:** Full home renovations, additions, and multi-room projects managed from permit to final walkthrough, with transparent communication at every milestone.
- **Site Management & Trade Coordination:** Multi-trade project oversight that keeps schedules tight and costs in check — the core competency that turns complex projects into smooth deliveries.
- **Structural Work:** Framing, load-bearing modifications, and structural repairs handled with licensed contractors on-site, following New Brunswick building code requirements.

## Service Area

Saint John, Quispamsis, Rothesay, Grand Bay-Westfield, and broader New Brunswick commercial corridors.

## Why It’s on home.renovation.reviews
