# ICAN Construction & Renovation Inc — Full-Scope Home Renovations Near Winnipeg, MB

ICAN Construction & Renovation Inc was founded in 2005 by Ryan Ingimundson, based in Rosser just outside Winnipeg. They are a two-time CHBA Gold Medal Award winner for Whole Home Renovation, taking the award in both 2017 and 2018. That is peer-evaluated recognition from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association — a meaningful distinction from self-reported reviews. The company also holds a Houzz Best of Customer Service award and handles a full range of residential construction from kitchen renovations through to custom new builds.

## Services

- New home construction — design-build custom homes and infill projects across Manitoba
- Whole-home renovations — complete interior redesigns, layout reconfigurations, and structural updates
- Kitchen renovations — custom cabinetry, countertop upgrades, and functional layout redesign
- Bathroom renovations — accessibility upgrades, wet rooms, and spa-style bathroom builds
- Basement finishing — legal suites, media rooms, home offices, and recreational spaces

## Service area

Winnipeg metropolitan area, Rosser, and communities across Manitoba including the Portage and Carberry corridor.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

ICAN’s back-to-back CHBA Gold Medals represent independent, peer-reviewed evaluation rather than accumulated Google stars. For homeowners making significant renovation investments in the Winnipeg market, that award history combined with their Houzz service recognition gives a more complete picture of what the company delivers.
