# Hunter Baker Homes and Renovations — Custom Homes & High-End Remodeling in Mount Pleasant, SC

Hunter Baker Homes and Renovations is a custom home builder and high-end remodeling company based in Mount Pleasant. Owner Hunter Baker is a local — born and raised in the community — and began his career in the construction industry in 2014 with energy testing and efficiency services before managing multiple high-end custom builds simultaneously and eventually starting his own firm.

The company is located at 1007 Johnnie Dodds Blvd, Suite 108, Mount Pleasant.

## Services

Hunter Baker handles the full range from design through construction. Services include custom home building, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home additions, detached garages, and outdoor living spaces. The design-build model means clients deal with one team rather than coordinating between an architect, designer, and separate GC.

## Service area

Mount Pleasant, Charleston, and the greater Lowcountry, South Carolina.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

BBB-accredited since 2021 and an HBA Charleston member, Hunter Baker has built a solid track record in the Lowcountry custom home market. Hunter’s background in energy efficiency before moving into custom builds is a differentiator for clients who care about how a home performs, not just how it looks finished.
