Most people pay attention to paint colors, furniture, or floors when renovating, but lighting is often the subtle element that transforms the entire space. If the lighting is bad, a gorgeously renovated room may still feel chilly, uninteresting, or incomplete. Conversely, the correct lighting could give even a plain room a warm, contemporary, and expensive feel. Usually, the greatest game-changer is natural light. Larger windows, lighter curtains, or purposefully placed mirrors may immediately make a space feel alive and open. Under-cabinet lighting in kitchens improves both looks and practicality, particularly in the late evenings. Layered lighting makes living rooms cozy. The room feels deeper and more unique thanks to a combination of ceiling lights, floor lamps, and subdued wall lighting. People do not realize how much lighting impacts their emotions as well. Warmer tones typically make homes feel cozy and inviting, while bright white lights might be effective in offices. ![OIP (1)](https://renovation-reviews.storage.googleapis.com/original/2X/5/5c34d238f555bfec894c23e895669b1776f8f17c.webp) ---
