When I moved into my house the living room felt dark no matter how much I decorated Swapping a single ceiling fixture for recessed lighting made the space brighter and more balanced Adding a floor lamp in a corner and warm bulbs instead of cold white created a cozy feel

Lighting is one of the most underestimated elements in design It shapes mood highlights features and even makes rooms feel bigger or smaller With so many options from smart bulbs to pendant lights it is worth careful planning

Final thought: Good lighting transforms a home Do you choose lighting for style or function first
