# Horizon Pacific Contracting — Custom Homes & Full Renovations in Victoria, BC

Horizon Pacific Contracting brings a dual capability that is increasingly rare among Victoria’s renovation firms: the team builds new custom homes and handles full-scale renovation projects under the same roof. Rated 4.8 stars by clients across both scopes, they are known for translating homeowner visions into finished spaces that genuinely exceed initial expectations — the kind of outcome that explains why clients return for second and third projects.

## Services

- **Custom home building** — site-to-finish new residential construction with a design-forward approach and full trades coordination throughout
- **Kitchen makeovers** — from layout changes and cabinet refacing to complete gut-and-rebuild kitchen transformations; materials sourced to suit both budget and vision
- **Complete home transformations** — whole-home renovation management under a single contract covering all trades, timelines, and budget milestones

## Service Area

Victoria, BC and the Capital Regional District, including Saanich, Oak Bay, and Greater Victoria suburbs.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Horizon Pacific Contracting is one of a small group of Victoria firms that can credibly deliver on both new-build and renovation scopes — a dual capacity that makes them a natural reference point for homeowners weighing a major renovation against a move-and-rebuild.
