# HomeJoy Construction & Renovation — Kitchen, Bath & Custom Reno in Vancouver, BC

HomeJoy Construction & Renovation operates out of Vancouver’s North West End, close to Stanley Park, and focuses on delivering personalised renovation experiences for West Side homeowners. With a 4.8-star rating across 37 reviews on [homejoydevelopment.com](http://homejoydevelopment.com), the team is known for attention to detail on kitchen remodels, bathroom refreshes, and custom carpentry work throughout the City of Vancouver.

HomeJoy’s West Side base is a meaningful geographic advantage for clients in Kitsilano, Point Grey, and the Stanley Park corridor — neighbourhoods where renovation timelines are often complicated by heritage considerations, narrow lots, and parking restrictions that affect how materials and trades are scheduled. A crew that is embedded in these neighbourhoods, familiar with city permit requirements for the area, and carrying strong referral relationships from past projects nearby brings a different kind of value than a firm commuting in from across the region. HomeJoy’s custom carpentry capability also sets them apart — built-ins, feature walls, and millwork are trades that benefit from close collaboration and iterative adjustments during the project.

## Services

- **Kitchen Remodelling** — Full gut-and-redo projects and targeted updates including cabinetry, countertops, and appliance integration
- **Bathroom Renovations** — Tile work, vanity replacement, walk-in showers, and full layout redesigns
- **Custom Carpentry & Millwork** — Built-ins, feature walls, and finish carpentry coordinated with broader renovation scopes
- **General Contracting** — Complete project management from design consultation through permit coordination and final inspection

## Service Area

Vancouver (West Side, NW End, Stanley Park corridor), Kitsilano, Point Grey, and nearby City of Vancouver neighbourhoods.

## Why HomeJoy Is on home.renovation.reviews

HomeJoy’s combination of a West Side Vancouver base, custom carpentry capability, and consistent 4.8-star ratings across renovation-specific reviews makes it a strong anchor for this neighbourhood cluster in the directory. Particularly recommended for homeowners looking for a contractor familiar with Vancouver’s west-side permit environment.
