# Holcraft Contracting — Custom Homes & Renovations in Kelowna, BC

Kelowna’s renovation and custom home market is one of BC’s most active — with a growing population, strong real estate values, and a mix of established neighbourhoods and new developments, the city consistently drives demand for skilled residential contractors. Holcraft Contracting has built its reputation in exactly this environment, earning a 4.4-star customer rating across home building, renovation, and residential commercial projects.

What distinguishes Holcraft is their concept-to-completion approach — the same team that helps develop the plan also manages the build. This reduces communication gaps, keeps timelines tighter, and gives homeowners a single point of accountability from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.
