# Hill Developments Inc. — General Contractor & Home Renovation in London, ON

Hill Developments ([hilldevelopments.com](https://hilldevelopments.com/)) is a London, Ontario general contractor with a 4.9 rating across more than 55 reviews. That combination — high score and meaningful volume — puts them in rare territory for a residential GC. London’s renovation market is competitive enough that a 4.9 at 55+ reviews takes consistent execution over several years, not just a good run of jobs on a quiet schedule.

The company’s project communication comes up repeatedly in the reviews as a specific differentiator. For homeowners who have experienced a contractor going quiet for weeks mid-renovation, that’s a meaningful signal worth factoring into the hiring decision.

## Services

- **Kitchen renovation** — Full remodels including layout reconfiguration, custom cabinetry, countertops, and appliance integration for London-area homeowners
- **Bathroom renovation** — Tile work, wet-room conversions, fixture upgrades, and accessible bathroom design
- **Home renovation** — Multi-room and whole-home renovation projects managed from permit through final inspection
- **General contracting** — Trade coordination, project scheduling, and site management for larger residential scopes across Middlesex County

## Service Area

Hill Developments serves London, Ontario and the surrounding area, including St. Thomas, Strathroy, Dorchester, and Middlesex County.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

A 4.9 at 55+ reviews earns a place in this directory on merit alone. London has no shortage of GCs, and Hill Developments sits near the top of the local quality tier by any measure a homeowner can access during pre-project research.
