# High Class Renovations & Construction — Custom Homes, Basements & Kitchens in Utopia, ON (since 1998, 10-Year Warranty)

High Class Renovations & Construction was founded in 1998 and operates out of Utopia, the Essa Township hamlet just southwest of Barrie. Led by Charles and his crew, the shop’s profile is distinctive for a 10-year warranty on all renovation work — a ceiling well above Ontario’s industry norm — and a mixed design-and-build workflow.

## Services

- Custom home builds from foundation to finish
- Basement renovations including egress, legal secondary suites, and full finishing
- Kitchen renovations: cabinetry, counters, layout redesign
- Bathroom renovations: tile, fixtures, waterproofing
- Foundations and structural concrete
- Interlock masonry and exterior hardscape

## Service Area

Utopia, Barrie, Angus, Essa Township, and the surrounding Simcoe County area.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

A 10-year warranty paired with a near-three-decade operating record is a combination worth calling out — it’s the kind of bench that outlasts warranty tails on most Ontario renovation projects. High Class is the first Utopia / Essa-Township anchor in the directory, opening a fifth south-Simcoe sub-point after Innisfil, Barrie, Bradford West Gwillimbury, and Cookstown.
