# Heron Renos Inc — Luxury Custom Homes, Additions & Full Renovations in Halton Hills, ON

Heron Renos Inc is a luxury-positioned residential builder headquartered in the Halton Hills / Georgetown, Ontario area, focused on the higher end of the renovation market — custom homes from the ground up, full-envelope renovations, and structural home additions rather than surface-level remodelling. Their public service area extends well beyond Halton Region into Southwestern Ontario, which makes them one of the few Halton-based listings that will also drive out to Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, and the broader 401 / 403 southwest. Within the directory’s Halton cluster, Heron fills a distinct tier — the firm for homeowners whose project brief starts with “custom home” or “full gut-and-addition” rather than “refresh the kitchen.”

## Services

- **Custom home builds (luxury-scope residential)** — ground-up construction for clients seeking bespoke design, premium finishes, and a single point of accountability across all trades.
- **Whole-home renovations and gut remodels** — full-scope strip-out and rebuild of aging homes, beginning with structural assessment and permit-coordinated demolition.
- **Home additions — single-storey, second-storey, and rear extensions** — including permit coordination across Halton, Wellington, and Waterloo Region municipalities.
- **Structural work, load-bearing modifications, and floor-plan reconfigurations** — PSL beam work, point-load transfers, and open-plan conversions handled in-house.
- **Project management for long-duration renovation timelines** — single point of contact from design through final punch-list, with detailed trade-sequencing schedules to keep multi-month projects on track.

## Service Area

Halton Hills, Georgetown, Acton, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, and the broader Southwestern Ontario corridor.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Most of the directory’s Halton listings work at the mid-market / kitchen-and-bath scale. Heron fills a different slot — it’s for homeowners whose project brief starts with “custom home” or “full gut and addition” rather than “refresh the kitchen.” Listing that tier separately makes the Halton cluster more legible as a decision tree: mid-market renovation vs. luxury build vs. specialty-trade.
