# Harpe Development LLC — Full-Scale Renovation in Southeast Wisconsin Harpe Development, LLC is a family-owned renovation company serving Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, and Walworth counties in Southeast Wisconsin, with a 4.8-star rating from 47 customer reviews. The company’s stated core values are honesty, transparency, and accountability — a framing that reflects positioning around the trust gap that often exists between homeowners and renovation contractors. Harpe works across projects ranging from small remodels through full-scale renovations across its four-county service footprint. ## Services Harpe Development handles residential renovation at varied scales. Smaller engagements cover targeted remodels in kitchens, bathrooms, and individual rooms. Larger projects involve full-home renovation scopes that coordinate multiple trades across an extended project timeline. The family-owned structure means the principals are involved in project delivery rather than managing from a distance, which tends to produce more consistent client experience than high-volume operations where crews rotate frequently. ## Service Area Kenosha County, Racine County, Milwaukee County, and Walworth County, Wisconsin.
