# Guenther Homes Inc — Tarion-Licensed Custom Home Builder & Design-Build Renovator in Aylmer, Elgin County, ON

Guenther Homes Inc is a Tarion-licensed custom home builder (registration **#30919** ) and design-build renovator at 10709 Hacienda Road, Unit A1, in Aylmer, Ontario (N5H 2R2). The firm traces its roots to 1987, when founder Peter Guenther started a residential framing crew in Guelph, Ontario; it has since grown into a full-service design-build outfit with in-house architectural design, drafting, 3D rendering, and cabinetry — uncommon for a small Elgin County builder and the principal editorial reason for this listing.

## Services

- New custom home construction (Tarion-licensed)
- Architectural design and project coordination
- Drafting and 3D rendering for client visualization
- Custom cabinetry and selections coordination, in-house
- Major renovation, addition, and design-build work

## Service Area

Aylmer, St. Thomas, Woodstock, Tillsonburg, and Ingersoll — covering the Elgin County / Oxford County / east-Middlesex tri-county corridor of southwestern Ontario from a single Aylmer dispatch.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Guenther is the directory’s **first Tarion-licensed new-home builder anchored in the Lake Erie north-shore corridor** , and the in-house design + 3D rendering + cabinetry stack puts it in the same design-build tier as 692 Discovery Dream Homes (Muskoka log/timber manufacturer) and 711 Phelps Homes (Niagara community builder) rather than the usual renovation-GC tier. The Tarion registration matters because new-home buyers in Ontario rely on Tarion for warranty enrolment and dispute resolution; Guenther’s eligibility there is a meaningful trust signal that thin-content directory listings tend to bury.
